What Causes Dizziness After Having Pristiq And Endep For Chronic Pain?

Question: 51 year old female with chronic pain is taking 50mgs Pristiq and 30 mg endep and is having dizzy spells and falls, loss of memory and anger headaches and excessive disturbing dreams. Does this sound like side effects and interaction?
