What Causes Discomfort Chest And Gas Problem In A Heart Patient?

Question: Post stenting ( 2 stents in LAD for 90% and 1 stent in RCA for 75% stenosis done 2 months ago ) there is extreme uneasiness in the chest due to gas formation even after intake of small quantity of food. kindly suggest remedy and what do these symptoms imply.

See, such bloating and gas problem occurs mostly due to drugs like Ecospirin, Glycomet.
Dulcolac that you are taking for constipation also causes bloating sensations.
I would advise you following:
1. To take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone.
2. To take sugar free anti dyspesia and anti flatulent syrup like Digene on as or when required basis.
3. To take soft, bland diet.
4. Avoid Dulcolac if you don't have any constipation.
