Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

No, food pipe carcinoma causing difficulty in swallowing does not develop in one month.

You are having GERD (acid reflux) symptoms and probably you feel a lump in the throat because of it.
Take acid reflux medications as advised by your doctor.

Dr.R.K.

Ca esophagus unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Since the endoscopy done as late as XXXXXXX 17th was normal, it is unlikely that you have developed esophageal ca within this short period.
