What Causes Diarrhea After Taking Lactihep?

Question: Hi ,

My mother had operation of piles (stapler technology ) 12 days back . after operation she took the following medicing
Deflon ( 5days) (till 28 feb)
Lactihep continue .
Now today she got loose motion (6 times till now)
She had norflox in morning and evenin (3 PM )
after that some relax in motion only one time
we gave her ors also to drink

please guide
