Brief Answer:
DO HOME PREGNANCY TEST AT THE EARLIEST.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments:

1) You did sex (2nd time) close to fertile days. Therefore, you need to undergo one HOME PREGNANCY TEST with urine sample to rule out possible pregnancy before taking any kind of abortion pill.

There are several reasons of missed or delayed period like hormonal imbalance, mental stress, over weight, irregular diet habit etc. Therefore, ABORTION PILL will NOT be helpful WITHOUT confirmation of pregnancy.

2) On POSITIVE test, medical abortion can be done successfully with abortion pill in early pregnancy (up to 9 weeks).

However, self administration of abortion pill is NOT recommended due several risks & complications like nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramp, excessive vaginal bleeding, fainting etc. You can't control them by yourself at home.

Therefore, I suggest you to consult with local GYNECOLOGIST or healthcare provider for safe termination.

3) On NEGATIVE test, you may require PROGESTERONE pill (like Norethisterone) to induce period. In that case, you need a complete prescription.

To summarize, you must visit to local GYNECOLOGIST for medical abortion and take proper advice on follow up visits and in emergency.

Hope, it will be helpful for your information. Kindly, close the discussion, if you don't have any other query.

Wish your good health and take care yourself.

Regards,
Dr Soumen
