Brief Answer:
traumatic ulcer, lignocaine, choline salicylate.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
As far as the cut near the back of the mouth near the site of wisdom tooth area is concerned, i have two possibilities.
It can be a traumatic ulcer secondary to any tooth brush trauma or trauma from the opposing tooth over the gums.
The other possible cause can be open extraction socket, which is not closed completely. The paleness of the mucosa can be because of the irritation from the opposing tooth over the mucosa at the extracted site(frictional keratosis).
Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take topical anesthetic like lignocaine gel and topical analgesic like choline salicylate. Do saline gargling.
These are the possible diagnosis and treatment plan based on your description of the lesion. If you can take a photograph of the lesion and upload it, i can give you the exact diagnosis and treatment plan.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
If any queries are there, reply me back.

Brief Answer:
traumatic ulcer, medication, anemia, nutritional suplements

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback, I have gone through your image.
After observing your image, it looks like a traumatic ulcer secondary to tooth brush injury.
Nothing to worry, you can use topical anesthetic like lignocaine gel and topical analgesic like choline salicylate. The lesion will heal in 3-5days time. If it is not healing then consult a oral physician and get it evaluated.
Regarding the baldness of the tongue, it is because of the depapillation of the tongue. This can occur secondary to anemia or smoking or nutritional deficiency. If i am your treating doctor, i would have advised you to get a complete blood investigations done. If the blood count is less then we can start with iron supplements. You have to consume more of green leafy vegetables. You need to quit the habit of smoking.
I hope my answer will help you take care.
