Question: I have been getting cramps in my lower outside leg and ankles. They feel like they lock and are very sore when it happens. It happens at night.

If you have other symptoms such as numbness or weakness in your feet or shooting pains down the back if your legs, coldnesss in your feet, or pain in your calfs on walking then there can be other possible diagnoses.
