Brief Answer:
Get yourself clinically examined and investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having infection of the gastrointestinal tract.

I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.
You should get your stool examined for any infection or parasitic infestation.

I would advise that you should take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals. Dicyclomine can be taken for severe pain in abdomen.
A probiotic along with digestive enzyme preparation containing pepsin and fungal diastase after meals will be helpful.

You should eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions.
Also take care of your hydration.

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
