Brief Answer:
nothing to worry about

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Hope this message finds you in good health.
I have gone through your complaints and understand your concern.

I generally see many cases like this at my clinic. We have found out that most of them had either calcium or vitamin D deficiency.
Very rarely they have some fault inside the knee.

In your case,it also seems to be vitamin D deficiency that causes crackling sound due to weakness of bones and cartilage. If there is no history of fall or trauma to your knee before, and if there is no knee pain, then nothing to worry. After taking vitamin D tablets, it will improve slowly.

If you had trauma before,or if you have on/off knee pain, you should then get a MRI of knee to find out if there is something wrong inside the knee.
Avoid sitting on floor, squatting,or cross legged ,as this will cause knees to get more weak.
Just wanted to know why u were taking Zyloric 100.

You should eventually get back to normal in coming few days.Nothing to worry about, as long as i am there to help you.
I hope your question has been answered.

Brief Answer:
keep a watch on uric acid

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back XXXXXXX
Though uric acid doesnt have any direct effects on knee as such, but prolonged raised uric acid levels can cause tiny uric acid crystals anywhere in the body, including knee. So keep a watch and make sure you maintain it in normal range.
