What Causes Contraction Like Feeling In Lower Right Chest?
Question: Dear Sir
I have the following issues
1. Just after starting urinating I feel something on the right lower chest like something draining out suddenly or some contraction.
2. This happens in fractions of seconds and usually goes unnoticed.
3. The same thing happens even just after talking, i.e. sudden feeling of contraction on the right lower chest for fractions of second.
4. I can say I experience these symptoms once or twice in a month.
5. I do regular health checkup and all the vitals have been cleared by the physician including ECG.
6. I m not sure if I am able to explain what I am experiencing, i.e. I have no pain no weakness or dizziness anywhere on the body, still when I get this feeling I get very upset that something could be wrong with the heart , or respiratory system etc.
Awaiting your kind advice.

your history points towards spasm of lower chest muscles following some strain like urination and talking.
Such symptoms may be present if one has Kidney stone along with Hydronephrosis.This can be picked up by Ultrasound examination of upper abdomen.This will also help to rule out even gall stones.
You should also get X ray chest PA view done to rule out any problem in right lower lung.
I request you to inform me with these reports.Kindly attach all other reports done so far.
