Brief Answer:
acute gastroenteritis, worms in intestine

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I know that you are very concerned about your child.

Paint for more than 7 days at night could be due to acute gastroenteritis, worms in intestine, constipation, gas, or food allergy.
I suggest you to do an ultrasound abdomen to confirm the diagnosis.
Give simethicone syrup for relieving pain.
You can do some home remedies like
- avoid drinks that are irritating to stomach like carbonated beverages.
- Do not give Aspirin, Ibuprofen, acetaminophen.
-Avoid fatty or greasy foods
-Drink plenty of water each day.
-Meals should be well balanced and high in fibre.
- give plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Further treatment will depend on Ultrasound report.
I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
