Question: My wife is experiencing a fairly constant headache, one bloodshot eye and fatigue (she can easily sleep for 10 hours at night.)

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your wife's symptoms.

As of now, you can start diclofenac or ibuprofen tablets for relief of headaches.

If the headaches are severe or of short duration, it would be better to evaluate her to determine the cause, by doing CT scan of brain.

For fatigue, please do blood tests for haemoglobin, thyroid profile and sodium levels.
