Brief Answer:
Acute gastritis with indigestion is the likely cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Stomach bloating is caused mainly because of air swallowing known as erophagia.

And belching or burping is the way of body to expel out air from stomach whether is due to excess swallowed air or produced because of food digestion, acid refulx or gastritis.

Here, acute gastritis with indigestion is likely to be the cause of your problems.

Swollen testicles could be due to some infection (bacterial or viral) which is to be treated with appropriate antibiotics, trypsin and chymotrypsin (chymoral forte) with analgesics for which you can consult some local doctor who will know about it and will prescribe it.

I would advice you to take antacids proton pump inhibitors (pantoprazole 40 or rabeprazole 20) with digene liquid 2 tsf two times daily with digestive enzymes which all are available over the counter or your GP may prescribe.

Now,apart from medications you should also maintain some dietary precautions.

1)Eat high protein diet and easily digestive food rather than taking excess carbohydrates or fatty foods.

2)Take light food for initial few days.

3)Deep breathing exercises through nose while keeping lips pursed.

You will get better within 4 to 5 days after above measures and if still symptoms persists then you may require routine blood count and upper GI endoscopy for which you should seek advice from gastroenterologist.

Hope this will help you and if you need more clarification then feel free to ask me.
