Brief Answer:
Possibility of grievous concern is low

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am not sure how many days ago was this injury. But from what I read it seems to be more than 2 days old. Further it seems you had no unusual complaints such as loss of consciousness immediately after the injury.

Though the 5 minutes of confusion is noted as an abnormal symptom, I am not very sure it is related to the injury. But since then symptoms seems to be insignificant and not pointing towards a grievous concern.

Therefore unless the headache you had (still have) was (is) the most severe pain you ever had and it makes you vomit, I will not be overly concerned.. This noticable bump could be due to collection of blood / inflammatory fluid underneath the scalp. And the bump plus the headache should resolve gradually in the next few days.
I will push for an ER visit / CT scan of head if:
1. Headache is persistent and severe
2. You start vomiting and notice symptoms of confusion and dizziness again.
3. If you still feel concerned.

But in my opinion you should be alright.

Hope this helped. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
