Brief Answer:
Probably urinary tract infection/kidney stones, do a urine test to confirm

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear User ! Thank you for posting your question here .

According to what you write, this might be a urinary tract infection or kidney stones .
Crystales or bacteries come out of the Urinary tract and change the Color and the smell of Urine.
Keep drinking a lot of water( at least 8 glasses /day) cranberry juice , decrease salt, calcium ,and protein intake in your diet , keep a good hygene.

You need to do a urine test to confirm the diagnosis and the treatment according to what the result will be .

Hope it was helpful !
If you any further questions , I will be happy to help
Take Care !
