What Causes Clear Penile Discharge And Soreness Near The Bladder?

Question: I recently noticed that I have a clear penile discharge. The discharge has no color at all, is a bit sticky, and leaves some stains in my underwear. It seems mostly like pre-ejaculate fluid. I have no pain on urination, no inflammation. I am a XXXXXXX man in a monogamous relationship, and we have unprotected sex. About 2-3 weeks prior to the discharge, I felt some tenderness/soreness near the bladder and/or prostate area. The area was internal and just above my pubic area. Is the discharge related to some minor trauma to my prostate or is this an infection of some kind?

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have clear discharge from urethra since very recently.

This is mucus secreted by Bulbo Urethral Glands located in Bulbar Urethra.

In view of absence of any urinary symptoms this discharge is not related to pain and discomfort that you had in bladder area and prostate 3 weeks ago.

You can get swab test and culture of a discharge from urethra done to rule out your alleged anxiety it being due to infection .

Take anti inflammatory medicine like Diclofenac twice daily .

Ensure to drink more water.
