Brief Answer:
Chronic sinusitis with laryngitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for putting up the query.

The chronic sinus infection might be due to some nasal pathology. It also leads to post nasal drip which can cause laryngitis.

Are you taking any medicines other than gamma globulins? Any investigations done like a x-ray paranasal sinuses?

Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.

Take care,

Brief Answer:
Chronic sinusitis with laryngitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Low IgG leads to low immunity and may lead to recurring infections. However in my opinion, we should first rule out nasal pathologies.

I will insist you to get X-ray paranasal sinuses done and send me the picture. Use a Fluticasone nasal spray twice daily for a week and take steam inhalation. This will help to relieve symptoms.

Follow up with the reports.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription. As the spray is a topical application, it won't cause any side effects.

Hope I have answered your query. Any further questions are always welcome.
