Brief Answer:
I will advise you to go for MRI spine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have read your query,

As you are having chronic back pain following accident which is not relieving by conservative therapies I will advise you to go for MRI spine.

I will advise MRI spine to see for any nerve compression leading to back pain.

Medication like methylcobalamine with neurotropics and analgesic will reduce pain; you can take them consulting your treating doctor.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.

As you have taken physiotherapy and heat therapy with no relief I will advise you acupuncture therapy.

Many of my patients get relief by yoga, pranayama and XXXXXXX XXXXXXX so you can also due that.

If MRI shows disc compressing on nerve root then surgical decompression is permanent solution.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Take care.
