Brief Answer:
Could be heart or indigestion.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic.
These symptoms are suspicious of a heart problem. Although you are young to be suffering this type of problem. You could possibly be having a severe attack of indigestion. However, I suggest you go to the ED and you will be investigated with an EKG which should identify a heart problem.
I hope this has helped you. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you. I may have coronary artery spasms and have had st depressions lately on ekg. I'm just worried and unsure of when or if i should go to er. Third nitro finally kicked in, but still residual pressure.

Suggest ED

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for the further information. I would recommend that you do go to the ED as you need to be seen by a doctor. You have taken quite a high dose of nitro.
