Brief Answer: Get to a hospital and get some blood work done Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX My name is Vinay Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic. I saw your history of Cervical Cancer and renal failure. I also have noted that your skin color has changed? May I ask where the color change is? All over including the skin of your face and feet? Or is it in a specific area? Also, have you noticed any color change in the whites of your eyes? The thing I worry about the most since I am not able to see you or examine you is Liver issues or liver blockages leading to jaundice. That could cause your skin changes and swelling. If this is indeed the case, you need to get to a hospital and get bloodwork and scans to find out what is causing the jaundice. Most of the time, it's something simple.. like a gall stone, which is pretty minor when dealt with correctly, but can be devastating if you ignore it. I really don't know what to make of the feeling of being followed, has this been going on for a long time? Or did it start with changes in the color of the skin? We can discuss it further at your leisure once the skin issues have been sorted out. So in this case. If you are that worried and you are noticing these skin changes all over.. Then I would get to your local Hospital and get seen by one of the emergency staff. They can work faster and more accurately than I can. If you would like, you can post what happened with the ER and we can discuss it at your leisure so you have extra information available. But I would get the ball rolling first and find out what is going on. I hope this helps. Take Care. I wish you the best. Vin

hi Vin, I am going to go up to the hospital as soon as my partner gets home from work, due to we have just moved up here for work so don't know anyone plus we are 3 and a half hours away from the hospital, and to feel like been following as been like that since I started noticing my skin and lost of weight as well but I only thought I was losing weight because I go to the gym twice a day so I really didn't take any noticed of how much I have lost in the last 2 weeks, and the answer to your question about if my skin is spotty or all over well im not as dark in the face as I am from m neck down, one other thing as well im very itching all over and as well very sweaty? its really getting to me coz I have very bad OCD as well and I get really down and up set when I go down the street as I feel like im ready dirty and I feel like people are going to notice that I look like hell all warmed up.

Brief Answer: Ok, Lets see the results from the ER Detailed Answer: Ok, lets get you to the hospital and get some lab work done. They will check your liver and all the rest through lab work. At the same time, they will go through your medications and see if any of the dosages need to be adjusted. The itchiness is a sign of jaundice, but it could be a medication side effect as well. Do you take any treatment for OCD? Are you on any medications for that? In fact, if you could list out the medications you are on, it would help with the discussion. So all in all, get to the doctor and get some labs done. I'm hoping it all turns out normal. In which case we can focus on the issues of OCD and the feeling of being followed. I might want you to eventually follow-up with a therapist.. but first things first and the first thing is the labs. Hope this helps. Take care. Vin
