The pap showed asc h so would it go from moderate dysplasia to beyond carcinoma in situ?
Brief Answer:
High grade dysplasia is more likely
Detailed Answer:
Chances of high grade dysplasia and carcinoma in situ are higher that harbouring a cancer per se because of short duration of symptoms and young age but definitely possibility of cancer is also there.
So biopsy report will decide thye most of it but whatever it comes out to be can be managed and you will be disease free soon as cancer cervix if diagnosed at an early stage has a very good prognosis.
Wish you best of luck.
