Hello,

By knowing your health issues ,it is multiple things involved.
About dominant follicle in ovary doesn't rule out your pregnancy. First get your pregnancy test done.

Nabothian cyst many of the times is not giving any symptoms. but as you rightly said can be a reason for chronic cervicitis.

Multiple fibroids can be a reason for pain , frequency of urination. So location and size of fibroids is important.
for frequency of urination, get your urine routine and microscopy, and fasting sugar levels done.

I hope this helps.
