Brief Answer:
Irritant dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have understood it.

Surely, you have developed irritation to sulphur. Sulphur is an inherent irritant as well as keratolytic/exfoliant, and since the skin covering the lips is delicate therefore you got this burning feeling over the lips.

I would suggest that you apply a moderatly potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate cream, twice daily. That should make it fine.

Regards
