Brief Answer:
The symptoms are due to acute gastroenteritis

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Hi
Dear Mr XXXXXX,

Your symptoms suggest the possibility of Acute Gastroenteritis( Food poisoning).

The symptoms will definitely improve and there is no cause of concern if following criteria are fulffiled
1. No fever
2. No blood/mucous in stools
3. No dehydration: Urine output adequate and no high coloured urine

Aim of treatment is
1. To prevent dehydration and electrolyte imbalance: as you are passing stools every 15-20 minutes you are very much likely to get dehydrated
2. To maintain nutrition: To prevent weakness
3. Control of abdominal symptoms like burning feeling which is likely to be due to gastritis.

I would suggest you the following

1. Proton pump inhibitor( to suppress gastric acid) like Pantoprozole and stomach motility increasing drug like Domperidone : It will help decrease burning sensation after eating
2. Antispasmodics: Drotaverine will be helpful
3. Anti-motility drugs: If there is no fever and there is no blood/mucous in stools then antimotility drug like Loperamide can be used. Dose is 4 mg one dose and 2 mg after every loose stools. Not to exceed 16 mg in 24 hours
4. Oral rehydration solution: Either WHO recommended or home made oral rehydration solution , drink as much as possible to prevent dehydration
5. Soft diet
6. Consider addition of Probiotic: It will decrease the duration of loose stools.

I hope this will provide you the much needed relief.
