Brief Answer:
Get Investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
See most common causes of such burning in Urine are following:
1. Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)
2. Stone in Urinary Tract.
Now if there is a stone it would precipitate UTI.
If there is no stone and if UTI is there it needs to be treated accordingly.
The syrups you are taking are urine alkalizers.
They just help symptomatically.
Important here is that if you have any UTI then your partner also needs to be treated else you both would keeping infect each other.
So I advise you to get following:
1. Urine Routine and Microscopy.
2. Urine Culture and Sensitivity.
3. Ultrasound Kidney and Bladder.
4. Fasting Blood Sugar.
Treatment would be based on the reports.
If you have any further query feel comfortable to ask me.
Stay Healthy.
