Question: I have consistent single big pimple or kind of wound on my upper nose, kindly see my photo and suggest ointment.
It has been on the same place for long time, it is not getting cured, i use to release water from the wound using safety pin.

This looks like a comedone/white head.

If I was the treating doctor I would have asked you to use topical benzoyl peroxide gel during day time.
At night you may use a topical retinoid e.g Adapalene gel
These are prescription medicines, therefore, I would suggest that you visit a specialist in your region for the needful.
