Question: Hi.. I am married for seven years but issueless, have been diagnosed by Endometriosis. On 16th Nov '14 My doctor has prescribed me, 1)Tab EVASERV- 1 tab daily after breakfast, 2) Tab EBEXID- 1 tab daily after breakfast, 3) DINOFIRST 2mg- 1 daily at bedtime and 4) SICRIPTINE 1.25 mg- 1 daily at bedtime; all for one month. I had my last periods on 7 Nov'14. This month i had some brown spotting on 1&2 Dec but then no periods yet. I am having mild cramps and some whitish discharge. Please suggest is this because of the medicines i am taking because till now i always had my periods in a couple of days after spotting. Is DINOFIRST a contraceptive?

Brief Answer:
Dinofirst is a contraceptive.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply.

1. Spotting what you are experiencing is your periods and is due to the medicines you are taking.

2. Dinofirst is a contraceptive.

3. Seeing your age and endometriosis and if you are trying to conceive I suggest you go ahead with IVF (test tube baby) rather than waiting.
