What Causes Breathlessness While Exercising In An Obese Person?

Question: I am overweight...163cm and 81kg female 36yo.
when I try to exercise it feels like I cannot catch my breath... should my lung function improve over time and daily exercise?

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

This is actually a natural phenomenon and a normal course of events that when one starts daily routine of exercise it's hard to catch breath because it low stamina but with time stamina improves...body gets used to stresses and exercise performance does get better.

Here I would like to mention that with exercise, diet control is also very important , you should control your diet well and as your wieght goes down you performance will automatically get better.

Don't over bruden yourself gradually increase the intensity or exercise over days. It's always better to exercise under supervision or asvice of a professional trainer and nutritionist for better and long lasting healthy results.
