Brief Answer:
You might be able find relief with celecoxib

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern as you have allergy to ant-inflammatory medicines.
There is a group of medicines which come under the name of Cox 2 inhibitors which are well tolerated by most people. Celecoxib is one such medicine and if you are not allergic to sulfa, you are likely to tolerate it and find relief with it.
I would be able to suggest more medicines if you would let me know details of the painful condition you suffer from.
Best wishes,

Brief Answer:
Add Glucosamine and chondratin

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
In addition to Celebrex you can also take supplements containing Glucosamine, Chondratin sulphate which will also help. You can do muscle strengthening exercise which a physiotherapist would be able to teach you.
I am also interested in knowing what side effects you had with Neurontin. It was only sedation or unsteadiness, the dosage and time of administration can be modified to reduce these. It is a good medicine for this problem if it can be tolerated.
