Escitalopram (nexito forte) when started can cause bowel disturbances commonly. However, this effect is usually limited to the first couple weeks of taking it, at most. Clonazepam (zapiz) is an anti-anxiety medicine that has no relation to bowel movements and does not affect the bowel at all.
Typically, I advise patients to simply wait, as these side effects with the bowel typically go away within a couple weeks. If you are having loose or more frequent stool, you can try taking loperamide over-the-counter as needed. This should do the trick.
