What is your profession ,where is your work place?
If these symptoms are continuous or aggravated after travelling,working at your work place or after exposing to some XXXXXXX machines.?

Dear if there is regular noise exposure at your work place then it might be the culprit cause.
These symptoms can also occur because of inner ear vestibular system problem or wax accumulation in middle ear.
So I would suggest that change of work place or atleast change of back office at your work place ,where there is decreased limit to noise exposure could help rest your sense of vibration.

Also tympnometry and local examination of ear would help to evaluate the inner ear problem further to exclude Menier's disease of ear or any vestibular system problem.
