Brief Answer:
Possible flu!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about all these symptoms that you have reported. It is rather unfortunate that you went to sleep feeling great and would wake up feeling this terrible.

Your symptoms are suggestive of a possible flu. I will suggest that you take Tylenol extra strength as recommended by your pharmacist. This should be able to address the headaches, fevers and body aches. Please, respect dosage and take every 6hours for best results.

Unless something else comes up or symptoms persist beyond 5days, there is no reason to seek for further aggressive medical attention at this time.

In all, possible flu. Try Tylenol and only seek attention if symptoms last more than 5days or worsen.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
