Brief Answer:
The vision should become stabilized by 3-4 weeks.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.

Following retinal detachment surgery with scleral buckling the vision should show improvement by 3-4 weeks.
Since you have undergone surgery one month back your vision should have stabilized by now.

Hence I would suggest for a follow up examination with your surgeon to rule out causes like inflammation induced by surgery and further treatment accordingly.

Do write back to me after consultation with your doctor.

Hope this answers your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you

Since the sub retinal hemorrhage is getting resolved you will be fine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.

I reviewed the images attached with the question.

The sub retinal hemorrhage takes another 3-4 weeks to get resolve completely, hence you can wait for some time as advised by your doctor.

Hence no need to be worried since all other symptoms are getting resolved you will be fine.

Hope this answers your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
