Brief Answer:
Images not clear, you can sleep over it

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I do not think if you thoroughly wash off what had gotten in the eye would cause any problem. THere would be residual redness, and pain which can get over a night sleep. If you hve not washed off the eyes with cold plain water do it right now for 5 minutes.
If you still have redness pain with discharge from the eyes you should better meet a local doctor for hand examination of the eyes.
Your images are honestly not clear to comment on. I did not understand what do you mean by needle. All i could see was the trash can and few items in it which were unclear.

Brief Answer:
I do not see any needles in the image

Detailed Answer:
I did not see any needles in the image.
I still wish to figure out what is bothering you so much? Since how long are you bothered about this compulsion? Are you concerned about HIV transmission through needles that you shared?
Have you got a HIV DUO test done?
