Brief Answer:
would need to determine if related to meds or due to issue of urinary tract

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

With a history of bleeding while on anticoagulants as well as medication that can potentially increase the risk of bleeding, may mean that you need to be assessed by your doctor.

Blood in the urine (hematuria) can be due to the effects of the medications or may be due to an issue in the urinary tract itself eg infection, stones

Your doctor may want to do your PT, INR and would likely also suggest a urine analysis to rule out other potential causes of blood in the urine such as infection.
If you also have any abdominal pain then an ultrasound to take a look at the kidneys and other aspects of the urinary tract, would be necessary.

The meloxicam would likely be temporarily discontinued or dose reduced to 7.5 mg.
Depending the PT, INR results, the coumadin dose may also need adjustment as well.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
