Question: Blood in urine, pain in back over buttocks both sides. Not feeling well, slight temperature

I read your question and i understand your concern. Blood in urine with pain back at age of 72 should be evaluated. Most likely it suggests urinary tract infection and needs work up and management accordingly. You need to visit a doctor they will do a urine examination do an ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis if need be and take some blood samples. Results will tailor the management accordingly. Till then take adequate fluids and use garlic water for drinking.
