Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/53 - drinking binge on Sat night - awful yesterday - bloating and menstrual like cramps - (stopped menstruation 4 years ago) ...

Bloating and cramps can be due to changed bacterial flora of the intestine or actual intestinal infection.
You must have also ate something, which too can cause these problems.

You can take a PPI like Omeprazole, Activated charcoal tablets, antacid and see the effects. Also take antispasmodic if the cramping is intolerable. Keep well hydrated with water, juices which suit you. You can take electrolyte solution.

Watch for nausea, vomiting, loose stool, fouls smell of gases passed or of the stool.
If these symptoms develop, please consult your Doctor to get a clinical evaluation, examination and a valid prescription for antibiotic, probiotic. (will be given only if needed or seen in the investigations)

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
