What Causes Blisters On Chest After Non-penetrative Sex?

Question: I beleive I am having a first outbreak of herpes on my chest. I am a 32 year old guy. I was single for over the last 7 years and didn't do random hookups or anything. I signed up for a sex personals website because of my lack of a better option and met with a girl about 1 month ago. we both got down to just our bottom underwear on. I kissed her breasts and mouth area and was on top of her, but keeping my bottom away from her though, because I Was having an erection problem (E.D) I backed off an noticed that although she had her bottom underwear on, her inner thigh had a few "blisters" or something that I now would classify as herpes. I realized it was risky but I wasn't sure what it was as I was and still am very sexually inexperienced. I decided not to be rude and accuse her of that, she ended up giving me a BJ and I left the whole meeting was about 15 minutes or so. she never took her bottom underwear off. A month later now, I have blisters on my chest and some red bumps there also. I also had something in my throat swollen a few days ago, (uvula? maybe?) I fear that because when I was kissing her breasts my chest was near her bottom area and I got herpes that way. we werent rough or anything and I didnt notice and broken or bleeding blisters. I now have some broken and bleeding blisters on my chest though. Is there anything else that this could be other than herpes. Could it be herpes 1 since its only on my chest and not genitals?

U just uploaded a picture of a few of the red marks. Most of the red marks and blisters went away over night, I had 2 red rashes yesterday also about 2 inches in diameter but they went away overnight also. What could this be?

I uploaded a picture of my chest with a few red dots to the upload new reports section. the rash has subsided today somewhat but there are still some red dots and i just dont feel that well.

Hi.

I have gone through the image. The condition is most likely acne after going through the history and the way the lesions have changed over a period of time. Herpes is unlikely.
Moreover, its is highly unlikely that herpes could have been acquired by this particular sexual act because probably there was no direct contact between your chest and the suspected herpetic blister in the lady. The only way you could have acquired it if there was some sort of rubbing/friction between the blistered area and your chest so as to innoculate the infection (herpes gladiatorum).

If I was the treating doctor I would suggest you to apply topical benzoyl peroxide gel, twice daily to the affected area.

could this be HIV? I read that about a month after infection people that get HIV often get red dots on their chest and feel fatigue.

No, this is absolutely not a sign of HIV Or something which points specifically towards HIV.
Anyway, receptive oral sex has negligible risk of transmitting HIV, unless the lady giving oral sex had sores in her mouth, which increases the risk.

However, I would suggest that you get tested for HIV by a HIV Combo (the test detects both P 24 antigen and antibody).
The test has a sensitivity of 99.8% at 1 month after a possible infection. Most likely you will test negative for it. However, a negative test would give you peace of mind.
