Brief Answer:
Biopsy required

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
There are certain blistering disorders like Epidermolysis bullosa, pemphigoid, pemphigus etc.
These are autoimmune disorders.
It is very important to get a biopsy done from one of the blisters to know what exactly it is.
All these conditions present in same way so it is very difficult to say what it is without the help of biopsy.
Please meet a dermatologist and request for biopsy.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Correct medication

Detailed Answer:
Hello
The medication prescribed to you is correct.
It is a combination of antibiotic and anti histamines.
Metals are a very common allergen and can lead to such blisters.
I advice you to use Gloves while doing work.
Still I am in favor that a biopsy must be done.
Try these medications and use gloves, lets see the response.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
