Detailed Answer:
Hello

My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. Most important thing scratching can treat angiokeratoma. Following treatment options are available:
- Surgery
- Laser therapy
- Cryotherapy (Wart creams)
- Electrocautery

- Surgery or laser treatment do risk damaging the tissue of their testicles. In addition, recovery for surgery and laser treatment can last from as little as three weeks to as many as 12 weeks.

- Electrocautery will find the procedure painful and uncomfortable. During electrocautery, a dermatologist will heat the skin in an attempt to scrape the lesions off the testicles.

- Easiest and most-cost effective treatment remains cryotherapy, or the application of special wart creams that freeze the skin and remove the dots. There could be slight discomfort from cryotherapy, but the procedure is preferable.

You can discuss these treatment options with your treating doctor or a "Consultant Urologist".

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
