Brief Answer:
Need to be examined and evaluated, ruptured ear drum may be a cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
The information provided by you is very little.
I would like to know whether she has put some object to clean ear or she had cold , ear pain followed by ear bleeding. Is she having any ear infection? Is she having any problem with hearing?
The most likely cause of the bleeding is from the skin of the outer ear canal after using some object to clean it. If she has not done that, then we have to think of other causes.
The most common cause of bleeding from the ear is a ruptured or perforated eardrum. But this can only be confirmed by examination of your ear canal using otoscope. So I would suggest you to see ENT specialist for examination and for exact diagnosis and treatment is based on this.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
