What Causes Bleeding From Nose And Blood In Urine?

Question: I see an Ear Nose and Throat specialist, I have bleeding from my nose, I have swallowed the blood for a couple weeks now, not a lot. just went for my physical today, they said there was a small amount of blood in my urine, could that have come from what I swallowed?

No, its impossible. Swallowed blood goes to intestines. It is digested and partially absorbed to bloodstream. So on that stage, blood is no more in one piece.
Blood in urine is usually caused by infection or stones. Symptoms like frequent urinating, burning while urinating can be also present.
I suggest you to increase mineral water intake, start cranberries supplementation and repeat urine analysis in a month or so.

I have had several sinus infection and was put on antibioctics, another possibility I maybe, I have an IUD that is due to be removed this year, this would be year 10 could that cause the blood. If not I have been drinking more water and have added cranberry juice to my diet

Sinus infection or antibiotics treatment has nothing to do with urine blood. IUD can be the reason of blood trace in urine. Especially if you have some strange bleeding from uterine.
But still infection can be the reason.
