What Causes Bleeding During Bowel Movements?

Question: hi, my name is XXXX I live in XXXX I've been dealing with a condition for the last 25 years. I bleed from my bowels sometimes causing me to be in a weak condition, sometimes these bouts go on for several weeks then with my taking iron and putting fiber in my diet it will gradually stop. I've had so many colonostomys but nothing is ever found including swallowing a camera, but nothing is ever found. this has curtailed much of my active life that I used to have. please help!

Also drink lots of water as it helps in avoiding hard stools.
Increase the vegetables and fruit content in your diet.

I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a gastroenterologist. Also get yourself checked for anal fissures and hemorrhoids.
A CT scan of abdomen can be helpful to rule out any other lesion in the gastrointestinal tract.
