Brief Answer:
Chemical peel sessions for dark spots and pigmentation

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr. kakkar(dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and i have reviewed the image.
In addition to the medical treatment i suggested in my earlier reply you may take a few sessions of chemical peeling from your treating dermatologist. Glycolic acid chemical peel is particularly good for post acne dark spots and pigmentation.

Brief Answer:
I suggest you to take a few sessions of chemical peel and microdermabrasion

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

I am sorry about that. I am not authorized to redirect to another doctor. If you are not satisfied with my answer below you may contact customer care team. They might be able to help you.
As far as pigmentation on your back is concerned I can try to guide you a little more about that so that it is more helpful to you.
Pigmentation on back responds very well to exfoliative treatment i.e either chemical peel or dermabrasion. These can be done at a doctor's office. There are different types of chemical peel and all of them work to exfoliate dead skin cells and the pigment contained within those cells.
Chemical peeling sessions can be alternated with sessions of Dermabrasion which also serves to mechanically exfoliate dead skin and pigment. The new skin that regenerates after exfoliation is lighter and healthier.

Brief Answer:
Chemical peel and microdermabrasion

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Yes, cost of peeling and dermabrasion would depend on the area affected. A session might cost about 2-3k and you would probably need 4-6 sessions at least.
