Brief Answer:
Hydroquinone containing cream, chemical peels

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have gone through your pictures.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to use depigmenting creams containing hydroquinone on the dark spots at night.
Various brands containing hydroquinone are available in the market like melalite forte and kojiglo forte.
You can use either of the above but these will also take time.
Besides this you can go for chemical peels like TCA peel or salicylic acid peel to hasten the resolution of pigmentation.

Brief Answer:
These peels should not be done as self procedures,

Detailed Answer:
Chemical peeling should be done under the supervision of the dermatologist as it can cause complications if done unsupervised.
These peels are not done as self procedures but should be done at a clinic.
TCA 15 percent peel or salicylic acid 30 percent peel can be used on both the back as well as the buttocks.

Brief Answer:
The cost is fine and it doesn't have side effects

Detailed Answer:

IFRAX doesn't have much side effects.
It will be effective in reducing pore size to some extent but won't eliminate it completely.
The cost told by your doctor is fine.
