What Causes Birthmark Like Lesion On Buttocks?

Question: Sudden birthmark outer buttock looks like a burn, not raised, no pain or itch. Color disappears if pressed.
This suddenly appeared. No pain or itch, not raised. If pressed, color disappears.

Hi.

This is very unlikely to be a birthmark. I would keep a possibility of a localized form of a mild dermatitis. Itching is a subjective symptom and may be absent.

I would suggest you to try a topical OTC steroid cream, twice daily
