What Causes Bald Spots On The Lower Neck?

Question: Hi there, for the last 8 weeks there seems to be a bold patch near my neck. I think its Alopecia. Is there anything i can do to help re-growth of hair? Also to avoid it in other areas?

I have reviewed this information fully and the attached images. This is a form of alopecia that cannot be reversed. It rarely spreads to affect other areas of the head. There are no specific measures that are needed for this. Observe and only report any changes to me/your doctor for further evaluation and more insights.
