What Causes Acute Burning Sensation In Chest And Loose Stools?

Question: Since morning acute burning in chest.. 2-3 times loose stools so i took pantodac before lunch & had only curd rice. Still there is burning in epigastric & chest region. I have irregular eating habbits. From this morning started excercise any relevance? Pls advice all my reports were normal..
This episode keeps repeating few times.
Pls suggest proper nutrition regiment & treatment for this. I am 42 yrs male.

Take the following medications for relief.

C.Iladac- L 1-0-0 before food for 4 weeks.
Syrup 10 ml-10ml-10ml

Avoid coffee, citrus,tomatoes, spicy/fatty food, chocolates, alcohol and smoking.
Eat multiple smaller meals and go to bed at least 2-3 hours after food.
