Why is the cause for burning and constipation ?

am more addicted to Smoking and not Alcoholic , But In recent Days am Facing a Problem with Gastric Trouble. Am Using Omez / Pantodac DSR tablet Before Food . But then to its Severe , Suddenly Burning & Constipation Started. How to Control the Same. Suggestions Plz

constipation is due to irregular diet habits,inadequate fluid and salad intake and some types of food.
Take hingawashtaka choorna 1tsf with meals twice
kamdudha rasa 1 tab thrice.
avipathikar choorna 1 tsf with warm water at night

it seems that you might have acid peptic disease and requires evaluation.
go for ultra sound and find out whether you have gastritis or gastric ulcer.
take milk diet,curd,rice.
avoid spicy and junk food.
