Brief Answer:
PSA better than PCA3, colour doppler not helpful in cancer diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. PCA3 is a good test, but PSA is more effective and commonly used to help detect prostate cancer, so there is no harm in not doing a PCA3 as a PSA was already done sir.

As for the colour doppler ultrasound, this again does not provide information on cancer. It can provide us information like a swelling, shape, size, etc; but it cannot confirm or rule out cancer of the prostate as well and specifically as a biopsy can.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
